Focal Mechanisms *

The white and red beach ball symbols are mechanisms determined using the Regional Centroid Moment Tensor (RCMT, http://www.bo.ingv.it/RCMT) and are determined for earthquakes with magnitude larger than 4.5 in the Euro-Mediterranenan area.
